* I’m applying to be a volunteer for Camp Rambam. I have answered these questions truthfully. I will undertake an enhanced DBS check with Rambam Sephardi Synagogue if required. I understand that volunteering at Camp Rambam is both free and unpaid. I consent to photos and videos that may be taken of my participation at camp and used as deemed appropriate by Rambam including but not limited to publicity and fundraising. I understand that campers will look up to me and while on camp I will act with common sense and decency at all times. I will respect the values and principles of Camp Rambam. I consent to you contacting my references.I understand the decision of the camp director is final for all volunteer appointments.
