Membership 

The Rambam Sephardi Synagogue, Spanish & Portuguese Jews' congregation of Elstree & Borehamwood,  is delighted to offer you membership in Britain’s newest Spanish & Portuguese Sephardi congregation, here in Borehamwood. If you already live in the area you will know the vibrancy of the local Jewish community and easy transport links both to North West London and the central area for commuting. Some useful facts:

• Borehamwood & Elstree - largest growing Jewish community in the UK
• Yavneh College located within the town, Immanuel College within close proximity
• Hertsmere Jewish Primary School and Clore Shalom Jewish Primary Schools both local

At Rambam Sephardi, Rabbi Jeff Berger  is leading the drive to grow the community, supported by a dedicated and committed Board of Honorary Officers. Some recent activities include –

• Shabbat & Festival Morning Services, Classes and Discussions
• CRP Qualification as well as Bar & Bat Mitzvah Training
• Borehamwood/ Elstree Beit Hamedrish (BBM) Lectures
• Social Activities and Events for Adults and Children
• Monthly Adult Education Programmes Beginning in September

Members are entitled to the full benefits of the Spanish & Portuguese Jews' Congregation. Please see the accompanying information packet for more details. Membership is also payable by monthly standing order.

To join now, please complete a Membership Form and Gift Aid Declaration and return to the Hon Secretary. All applications are treated in strictest confidence. If you would like to meet us, please visit any week on Shabbat from 9.00am in Allum Hall on Allum Lane in Elstree. But don’t delay - by autumn we are looking to have a more permanent home.
